Karachi, October 2025 – The Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI), Pakistan’s premier think tank on sustainable development, has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Energy Update, the country’s leading energy magazine, to support, promote, and raise awareness for the upcoming 28th Sustainable Development Conference (SDC 2025).
The MOU, signed last month, aims to amplify outreach on SDC 2025’s theme, “Sustainable Development in the Emerging World: Dis|Order,” through Energy Update’s platforms, including its website (www.energyupdate.com.pk), social media, and print editions. This partnership will foster greater stakeholder engagement on critical issues like climate action, green energy transitions, and equitable growth, drawing over 1,000 participants to the event from November 4–7 at Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU).
