Saudi Arabia’s administration has arrested a citizen for helping a non-Muslim journalist enter Makkah.
According to the Al-Arabiya report , the police spokesman confirmed the arrest and said that the non-Muslim journalist had an American passport.
The spokesperson said that the police have arrested the citizen who helped the journalist and sent his case to the court.
It should be noted that Gul Tamare, a journalist from an Israeli TV channel, posted a video in the past few days, which showed him walking around Makkah.
However, the entry of non-Muslims is prohibited in Makkah and a checking system is also working to prevent this.
This journalist had also climbed Jabal Rehmat.
The journalist’s report was broadcast upon his return to Israel.
In this report, this journalist was saying that it was his dream to go to Makkah and the person who agreed to take him with him did not know that he was an Israeli journalist.
In a tweet on July 19, the Israeli journalist said that his intention was not to hurt Muslims.
