A reward of Rs 50,000 has been announced for eating 8 kg samosas in India.
According to Indian media, a shopkeeper in a bazaar in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, prepared an 8kg samosa and announced a prize money for the eater in 30 minutes.
The shopkeeper said that this method has been used to attract customers and this special samosa has been named “Bahubali”. The samosas cost Rs 1,100, including potatoes, peas, cheese and nuts.
“A large number of people are turning to the bakery to see the samosas, but so far no one has been able to eat the samosas in 30 minutes,” he said.
The shop owner says he plans to make a 10kg samosa soon.
