Muhammad Rizwan Adhia was Former Vice Chairman in the Association of Builders and Developers (ABAD). He also holds the post of IIPP & Acting President Rotary Club of Karachi Platinum. He had been working for the welfare of the humanitarian from the Rotary Club platform. In 2015, Rizwan Adhia was Former Chairman of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) body for Public Utilities.

Adhia collaborated with Mirza Ishtiaq Baig Founding President of Make-A-Wish Pakistan to recreate Princess Elsa’s bedroom for young Iqra Iqbal. Iqra Iqbal at Thalassemia centre where she was receiving a transfusion. This little girl had a wish of getting a room designed on the pattern of her favourite Disney character “Princess Elsa”.
