We often talk about climate change and its consequences and are constantly bombarded by extreme events, such as last year’s unbelievably widespread devastation across the country caused by monsoon rains. The losses were also great in those cities and towns where such things have never been seen before, but they do not try to know the reasons for them, nor do they like to talk about them, perhaps because somewhere behind them all. Somewhere we also had some part Because the sources of energy that we use are fossil fuels, i.e., fuels buried in the ground, which are formed by natural processes, such as the chemical decomposition of dead and buried organisms, which takes place over thousands of years.
As a result, natural resources such as petroleum, coal, and natural gas are produced. Now we will first talk about petrol. It is a green or black colored liquid that has become indispensable in our lives. Coal is a black solid substance being used as an alternative energy source. Now let’s talk about natural gas, it is called a poisonous gas, it is colorless and odorless, but it is the most important source of fuel.
They are generally considered very beneficial but cannot be reused once used but their biggest disadvantage is that when they are used, they emit large amounts of carbon dioxide gas, a greenhouse gas. It has impacts and is the biggest and most important source of environmental pollution. It is also playing an important role in global warming; it is destroying our environment for future generations through a continuous process. You can make it safe and usable for future generations. For these fossil fuels, we need to use all possible resources to protect our environment from pollution. One of these possible sources is renewable energy, that is, energy that is environment-friendly. Like solar energy, windmill, wind energy, geothermal, etc. In this regard, we are also working on hydro, thermal sources like Tarbela Dam are the biggest example of this. There is no denying the fact that the current sources of conventional energy such as petrol, natural gas, etc.
when used, cause significant damage to the environment by polluting the atmosphere with a certain type of pollution, while renewable sources Most importantly, they do not emit carbon dioxide, which is a major pollutant. One of the important visits that we did as part of one of our training workshops was to a windmill power plant or wind project where we discussed not only the important renewable resource in the atmosphere, the windmill or windmill and its power plant. I got the information, but we also saw the development or planting of mangroves in the natural environment, that is, large-scale mangroves, which are the most valuable resource absorbing carbon dioxide gas in the world, are also the most important needs of countries like us. It is being looked after and the work of protecting the environment is being done simultaneously with a safe source like a pin mill.
Similarly, the sun is an eternal source of energy, a blessing given by nature, with the full use of which we can easily meet our energy needs without harming the environment. In this regard, not only domestic but also commercial work. The need that has been initiated is that these sources should be promoted gradually.
Promotion of all kinds of sources for our country, awareness, and awareness about these renewable sources must be promoted, people from all walks of life must fulfill their responsibilities in this regard.
