Pakistani film Rehbra, scheduled for release in cinemas across the country on June 24 released its second song, Luk Luk Royian Akhyian, on social media, live in front of the media, here today at Second Cup Coffee. Among the cast and crew of the movie present on the occasion were the female lead Ayesha Omar, and the producer Saira Afzal.
The melodious, sad song, sung by no other than maestro Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, was very well-received by one and all. Some clips from the song’s video were also shared live to tantalize the audience without giving too much away from the plot of the film.
A sad, situational song, whose lyrics have been penned by Asad Ali Shah while it has been composed by Imran Ali.
After anticipation had been created with a countdown in which all present participated with fervor, the song went live and was viewed twice by the guests. Before its unveiling, the film’s title song and YouTube clips of the promotional activities the team had been involved in were shared on a loop. It may be noted that REHBRA, the highly entertaining rom-com action-packed film, has been directed by Amin Iqbal and produced by Saira Afzal. Starring Ayesha Omar, Ahsan Khan, Saba Faisal, Sohail Sameer, Sarish Khan, Adnan Hyder, and Ghulam Mohiuddin, with a special dance number by Rimmel, the film promises quality acting along with the action, drama, romance, and comedy, and what’s more, a social message that is bound to be appreciated by audiences.
