Former Chairman Standing Committee on Communication (FPCCI) Minister Information Technology, Health and Environment Muhammad Noman Saigal said, Political Parties in Pakistan get strength through its workers, but it has been learnt that the major political parties have started ignoring their hard liners who have sacrificed the most in the toughest time suffered by the political parties. The award and reward is distributed on favoritism which is leading to the disaster in political scenario.
Research and development shows that we have the best example of Pakistan Army which promote the officers on merit and reward them against their services on merit as well. We should follow the success story instead of creating our own version on friendship and personal relationship.
This practice further deteriorates the base of the country when incompetent personalities become chief executives of various departments’ leads to the downfall of the department. If we search the history we will come to know that all the major departments were better in the past and now its progress is worse than before.
If the political parties have treasured their workers and kept on promoting them on merit then of course it would had created a very different picture and helped a lot in flourishing our country but unfortunately nobody is supporting their workers on merit, who are like pillars of political parties.
Severe punishments should be introduced in the parties with in their ranks and files to eliminate corruption right from the beginning. It is also felt that the honest workers are left behind and corrupt ones are leading the show, they are multiplying their wealth but the honest workers can’t hardly earn their living and end up in losing everything.
The best thing would be, that honest and genuine people should stop working for any political party of Pakistan rather serves the country directly on volunteer basis with the armed forces of the country.
It is high time to think about the future of our country and we should volunteer to work for our country and render our services till our last breath.
