Rescue personnel carried out an operation to retrieve those buried beneath the rubble. The injured were provided with emergency medical assistance, including CPR, at the scene before being shifted to District Hospital Khar in critical condition.
Doctors later confirmed that two women and two young girls had succumbed to their injuries.
The deceased were identified as the wives of Abdullah Jan and Rehmatullah, and the daughters of Rasool Khan and Aziz. One injured woman, identified as the wife of Rasool Khan, remains under treatment.
Authorities said the exact cause of the roof collapse has yet to be determined, and an investigation is underway.

Several of the fatalities were reported in districts including Bannu, Abbottabad, Kohat, North Waziristan, and Battagram.
