Karachi: Rotary Club of Karachi Clifton organized Women Fun Gala Grand Shopping Festival on Women Empowerment Day, a platform for entrepreneurs at PACC. IR District 3271 District Governor Dr. Aftab Imam and First lady Fouzia inaugurated the program as Chief Guest.
In the presence of the other Members and District officials including; Assistant Governors Zone 4 Kausar Aslam, AG Zone 6 Lubna Panjwani, AG Zone 10 Shankar Lal, AG Zone 8 Duleep Singh, Women Empowerment District Chair Kishwar Allahwala, PAG Naheed Waheed, District Joint Secretary Humaira Qazi, President Zohra, & Club Secretary Qazi Ayazuddin from RCK Paragon, Vice President Afsheen Abid & Abid Hussain from RCK Avenue, RCK Beech view Yumna Atique, RCK Gateway Dr. Night Aqeel, RCK Clifton Vice President Dr. Feroz Mangi & Nisar Mangi, IPP Sumaira Anwar, RCK Nexus Rizwana Shahid.
The Women Fun Gala Grand Shopping Festival Head Ravi Hotwani & Akbar Rehman, and Event Coordinator Club Secretary-Elect Ghulam Mustafa, IPP Sadaf Ali, Engr. Farrukh Latif, Sophia.
Altogether 43 stalls were set up by women displaying clothing, Including Products, Foods, and Entertainment. DG visited all the stalls and the first lady purchased a beautiful dress from a stall run by a deaf lady.
On this occasion, the President and Vice President of RCK Clifton presented the bouquet to the District Governor and First lady. Akbar Rehman presented Sindhi Ajrak to the District Governor & First lady, and Farnaz Jabeen also presented the Ajrak gift to RCK Bay Admiral Tanveer. AG Shankar Lal presents a beautiful Sindhi Rili made by his mom and traditional Sindhi embroidery.
In the end, Farnaz Jabeen thanked Abdul Jabbar Rathor RCK Platinum for bringing gifts for club members and witnessing the program and Naimat Malik from Quetta Bolan for visiting after his AG training.
