On behalf of Government of the State of Qatar I, Consul General Qatar, hereby convey my sincerest condolences to the Government and the people of Pakistan over the unprecedented loss of lives as the result of monsoon, land slide and glacial outbursts. Our sympathies go to the bereaved families and those who have lost their livelihoods and wish the injured the soundest of recoveries.
During this trying time the State of Qatar stands in solidarity with the people of Pakistan, and affirms its commitment in coming to the assistance of this brotherly country, and under the directives of HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, The State of Qatar is providing emergency relief aids includes Research and rescue team and operational equipment and medical field team to provide field hospitals with complete amenities and medicines to help the affected.
This is a demonstration of Qatar’s commitment and unwavering support and it is the first of many to come.
Once again we reaffirm Qatar’s steadfast support to Pakistan and full readiness to extend all that is needed to overcome this crisis
