The airline is showcasing its latest digital, loyalty, and experiential offerings in the ‘Innovation Capsule’ at the Qatar Airways Pavilion from 1-4 February 2026.

Discover the future of intuitive search with ‘Q Search’

Qatar Airways is inviting all Web Summit Qatar visitors to the exclusive experience of interacting with ‘Q Search’ – a first-of-its-kind solution in the airline industry designed to deliver instant answers across Qatar Airways products and services. Q Search acts as an abstract yet intelligent layer, allowing users to ask questions in natural language and receive intuitive, conversational responses.

The experience is part of the airline’s ongoing enhancement of its digital ecosystem and loyalty offerings. It also reflects Qatar Airways’ proactive, customer?centric approach to innovation, where Qatar Airways’ renowned, forward-thinking design and exceptional standards redefine the future of travel.

Explore ‘Infinite Awards’

Qatar Airways Privilege Club is also introducing ‘Infinite Awards’ at the technology summit, offering members a conversational, AI?powered inspiration engine. This tool is designed to help them set their goals, understand how to earn Avios, and plan their next journey with a simple prompt, generating personalised destination ideas and recommendations.

Members can explore the world of Privilege Club offerings, and discover the best and easiest opportunities to collect Avios through everyday activities that resonate with their lifestyle. Through an inspiring, personalised view of what is achievable, Infinite Awards shows members that a trip to their dream destination is closer than they think.

A gift of hope

Members can make their Privilege Club experience even more impactful by donating their Avios directly to Education Above All Foundation through the Qatar Airways website and app.

Education Above All is a global education organisation fosters equal access to quality education, and promotes positive, sustainable, and inclusive change in all communities.

More rewards with Himyan cards

In a pioneering collaboration with Qatar Central Bank, Privilege Club is extending loyalty beyond travel to everyday spending through Himyan, the first national pre-paid card in Qatar. The partnership supports Qatar National Vision 2030 by accelerating digital innovation and strengthening the national payments ecosystem, making rewards more accessible, seamless, and locally relevant for members across Qatar.

Himyan cardholders can now collect 1 Avios for every QAR 8 spent using their cards on online or point-of-sale transactions. The cardholders will also benefit from Card-Linked Offers, whereby they will collect even more Avios for purchases with linked Himyan cards at participating Privilege Club partner outlets, including retail, dining, entertainment, lifestyle, and other diverse venues across Qatar.

New partnership with Qatar’s leading transport provider

Qatar Airways has entered a new partnership with Mowasalat, ‘Karwa’ – Qatar’s leading transport provider. Through this collaboration, Privilege Club members exploring Qatar will soon be able to collect and spend Avios for taxi or chauffeured journeys through Mowasalat, ‘Karwa’. By downloading the Karwa Taxi app and linking their Privilege Club and Karwa accounts, members can choose to earn Avios on eligible trips or use Avios as an alternative payment method.

Avios and Nojoom

Following Privilege Club’s enhanced partnership with Ooredoo – Qatar’s leading telecommunications company, members will soon benefit from an improved ratio of 4:1 when converting their Nojoom Points to Avios, and a 2:1 ratio when converting their Avios to Nojoom Points.
