NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg says that Russian President Putin’s nuclear weapons narrative is dangerous and irresponsible, and the use of nuclear weapons would have dangerous consequences for Russia.

He said that the capture of Leman shows that the Ukrainian army is capable of pushing back the Russian army.
The Secretary General of NATO said that the best response to the annexation of Ukrainian territories to Russia is to continue supporting Ukraine.
He further said that any deliberate attack against NATO infrastructure will be given a strong response.
