The Islamabad High Court, during the hearing of the PTI Prohibited Funding Case, directed the FIA ??to proceed according to law.
Justice Amir Farooq of the Islamabad High Court heard the case against the FIA ??inquiry related to the website created by PTI to collect funding.
During the hearing, Additional Attorney Munoor Iqbal Dogal asked the court for time to prepare.
Justice Amir Farooq said in his remarks that there are no such cases where you just pick up a slave, there is no investigation by picking up a slave, if you do cases like this, then cases come to the courts, when the court gives a decision, the courts are blamed. are
He also said that today you are in the government, tomorrow it will be, tomorrow someone else will be, governments come and go but institutions have to stay here.
The petitioner’s counsel requested the court to restrain the FIA ??from taking any disciplinary action.
The Additional Attorney General requested that a copy of the new application filed, which I have not received yet, be given.
