KARACHI, 21-05-2024: Under the leadership of Chairman and CEO Global Trade and Expo Center Mazhar Hussain Thathal, the Pakistan France Trade and Business delegation called on Pakistan Ambassador to France Asim Iftikhar and Trade and Commercial Consular Urooj Rizvi to Pakistan in France. Met at the Embassy and participated in Foire de Paris Expo 2024.
The delegation included Saba William of the Attock Women Chamber of Commerce, Kamran Shah of the Kohat Chamber of Commerce, Hayat Ali of the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce, and Asia Akbar, of the Rawalpindi Women Chamber of Commerce. Masood Zubair Bhatti of Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and other prominent members of the business community were also present. Pakistani Ambassador Asim Iftikhar welcomed the delegation.
Chairman/CEO Global Trade and Expo Center Mazhar Hussain Thathal said on the occasion that Pakistan’s manufactured business products, textile, leather, surgical, fashion, construction and development, and other sectors should be expanded in European markets, and we both Eager to promote trade relations between the countries.
Pakistani Ambassador Asim Iftakha said that the exporters should re-evaluate the Paris market and export Pakistani products such as textiles, jewelry, leather, surgical, and other items to Paris markets so that Pakistan Can get abundant foreign exchange.
Pakistan’s trade delegation and women’s representation in France were appreciated while Attock Women’s Chamber of Commerce Saba William told the Pakistani ambassador that women are part of the delegation coming to Paris and women entrepreneurs want to export textiles and jewelry to France. Member of Kohat Chamber of Commerce Kamran Shah spoke about increasing international trade with Pakistan and France and thanked Asim Iftikhar, Ambassador of Pakistan at the Pakistani Embassy in Paris, the most important city in France.
