Karachi: A delegation of Pakistan Business Group Organization (PBGO) lead by President Waheed Panjwani, meet with President KATI Faraz-ur-Rehman at KATI.
The delegation discussed the issues being faced by the industry these days due to the ongoing economic crisis. The taxation measures were taken without consulting businesses, which would be burdened in the coming days.
However, the delegation of the PBGO believed that the government’s only option out of the current economic crisis was the International Monetary Fund (IMF), on whose conditions, the new taxation measures have been introduced in the form of the mini-budget.
The delegation included Shahid Jawed Qureshi President PMFA, Imran Farooqi President Karachi LPG Distributors Alliance, Akram Kohati, Moin Nawaz CEO Nawaz Co., Sumaira Memon Chairman Banking Committee PBGO, Syed Turab Shah Director Sales & Marketing, AK Memon, and Sumaira Anwar.
