KARACHI PAKISTAN : A great honour for Rotary International in general and Past District Governor Prof Dr Farhan Essa Abdullah in particular who was bestowed Honorary Rank of Commander Pakistan Navy by the Chief of the Naval Staff for his extra ordinary philanthropic work for the underprivileged.
The rank wearing ceremony was held at PNS Shifa’s wardroom . Rear Admiral Muhammad Saleem H(I)M Commander Karachi was the Chief Guest.
