Karachi: The Governor of Sindh, Kamran Khan Tessori, has praised the strong and cordial relations between Pakistan and Malaysia, citing the two countries’ progress in trade, culture, and tourism. Speaking as the guest of honor at a culinary exhibition hosted by the Consumer Association of Pakistan and the Malaysian Consulate, Tesori noted that the Islamic bond between the two nations fosters harmony on key issues.
The event, attended by dignitaries including the Malaysian Consul General, Herman Ahmed, and Chairman of the Consumer Association of Pakistan, Kukab Iqbal, aimed to showcase the talents of various chefs. The exhibition featured a diverse range of Pakistani and Malaysian cuisine, highlighting the shared flavors and traditions of the two countries.
Tessori commended the organizers for hosting an exceptional event, saying it would help bring the people of Pakistan and Malaysia closer together. He expressed confidence that the Consul General would play a vital role in enhancing cooperation between the two nations.
The Malaysian Consul General, Herman Ahmed, expressed his delight at seeing the Pakistani community in Karachi, emphasizing the strong bond between the two nations despite their physical differences.
