It has been said in the Corps Commanders Conference held under the chairmanship of Pakistan Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa that Pakistan is a responsible country armed with nuclear weapons.
According to the Department of Public Relations of the Pakistan Army (ISPR), a Corps Commanders’ Conference was held in Rawalpindi under the chairmanship of Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
It has been said in the Corps Commanders’ Conference that the security system of Pakistan’s nuclear weapons is in accordance with international standards, Pakistan has taken all necessary steps to strengthen the nuclear security regime, and the security arrangements of the country’s strategic assets are complete.
The internal and external security situation of the country was reviewed in the Corps Commanders Conference.
The Army Chief said that Pakistan Army is ready to defend the country from all kinds of threats.
According to ISPR, the corps commanders’ conference also reviewed post-flood relief and rehabilitation work, and considered the post-flood situation in Sindh and Balochistan.
The Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army further says that Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has expressed satisfaction over the operational preparations of the formations in the Corps Commanders’ Conference.
ISPR also says that in the conference, Pakistan Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has appreciated the relief operations of the formations in the flood affected areas.
