The Meteorological Department has made a big announcement regarding the Eid-ul-Fitr moon.
In a statement issued from Islamabad, the Meteorological Department said that the new moon is likely to be born at 1:28 pm on Saturday.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of sighting of the moon on May 1. Clouds will continue to cover the sky in most parts of the country.
According to the Meteorological Department, Eid-ul-Fitr in Pakistan is likely to take place on Tuesday, May 3.
The Meteorological Department has sent a technical report to the Ruwit-e-Hilal Committee.
