KARACHI: The National Day of Thailand was celebrated by the Royal Thai Consulate General (RTCG) at a local hotel in Karachi.
The Consul General of Thailand, Thatree Chauvachata also paid a rich tribute on the Birthday Anniversary of HM the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great and Thailand’s Father’s Day during the event.
Addressing on the occasion, CG of Thailand said thanked all the guests for making their presence on the auspicious day including the members of the business community, diplomats, social personalities, members of KCCI, FPCCI, KATI and other trade bodies as well.
Provincial Minister Saeed Ghani was the chief guest on the occasion who highlighted the Pak-Thai friendship and stress for further boosting bilateral ties between the two countries.
Thailand’s CG also said that many Pakistanis are employed in Thailand and the Thai government is constantly approaching the ruling Pakistani government for creating more business and tourism opportunities for maintaining a long term cordial relationship between both countries.It must be mentioned here that a Blood donation camp was also organized at the Consulate which was in line with the celebrations of its National Day
