India has introduced a new motorcycle helmet to combat smog. According to a foreign news agency, the smog in the air increases every year with the arrival of winter in the capital of India, New Delhi, due to which a large number of citizens suffer from various diseases.
According to the report, steps have already been taken in New Delhi to combat smog, with the government promoting helmets with filters for motorcyclists.
The report said that this helmet has a fan mounted on the back which according to the authorities can eliminate 80 percent of the pollution.

It should be noted that Indian electrical engineer Amit Pathak started working on this helmet in 2016. According to him, the fan installed in this helmet can run for six hours which can be charged through a micro USB slot.
In this regard, Amit Pathak said that ‘inside the house or office, you can keep air purifiers, but there is nothing for the protection of motorcyclists’.

He said that the sale of this helmet started in 2019, while a laboratory in New Delhi confirmed that users can be protected from more than 80% pollution by using this helmet.
The Ministry of Science and Technology of India also says that due to helmets, motorcyclists will be able to breathe fresh air.
