World-renowned Hollywood actress and UN special envoy Angelina Jolie say more than 50,000 people have fled Ukraine in 48 hours.
Angelina Jolie has shared a video on the photo and video-sharing app Instagram, in which people can be seen crossing the border from Ukraine to their neighboring country Moldova.
“More than 50,000 people have been evacuated from Ukraine in less than 48 hours,” the actress wrote while sharing the video.
He described the video as “sent to him by a colleague from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) on the border between Moldova and Ukraine.”
In this video, Roland Schilling, a representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), is briefed on the situation along the Moldova-Ukraine border.
It should be noted that on February 24, Russia invaded its neighboring country Ukraine.
The fighting has so far claimed the lives of hundreds of each other’s soldiers and caused heavy casualties.
