Within 24 hours of the Chief Justice Islamabad High Court’s order to recover the missing citizen Haseeb Hamza, the citizen returned to his home.
According to the police, Haseeb Hamza, who was abducted from Shahzad Town, has reached home.
Haseeb Hamza’s father has thanked the Federal Police, Islamabad High Court and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for their cooperation in recovering his son.
It should be noted that yesterday in the Islamabad High Court, Chief Justice Athar Minullah heard the petition filed for the recovery of the missing citizen Haseeb Hamza.
The Chief Justice, IG Islamabad, who appeared in the court during the hearing, also ordered the court that the missing citizen Haseeb Hamza should be produced in the court by 10 am tomorrow.
The Chief Justice had remarked that the IG has been missing since August 23, this is intolerable.
The court further said that there is an earlier decision regarding the missing persons, in the decision it was declared that the IG and the relevant officers will be responsible, now this court will go according to this decision.
