KARACHI: The President of the Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (KATI), Johar Qandhari, has issued a reminder to all members, emphasizing the importance of renewing their KATI membership before the approaching deadline of March 31, 2024. According to the Trade Organization Act 2013, failure to renew by the specified date will result in the suspension of membership.
Qandhari encouraged members to promptly deposit the membership fee at the KATI Secretariat. Despite prior notifications sent through email, WhatsApp, and letters, he reiterated the importance of adhering to the renewal deadline. Members encountering any issues during the renewal process were advised to contact the General Secretary for assistance.
In addition, Qandhari extended an invitation to businessmen and industrialists interested in obtaining new membership. Those interested can approach the KATI Secretariat, submit the required documents, and complete the membership process by paying the prescribed fee. As the deadline draws near, President Johar Qandhari stressed the significance of maintaining active membership to foster a robust business community within KATI.
