‘Karvan’ to feature the aspiring talent of Pakistan

KARACHI – KARVAN envisions to highlight the best and the brightest Pakistani talent. Its mission is to bring to fore the unsung men and women from across Pakistan who are following their passion, fulfilling personal commitments and giving something back to society.

An initiative by Muhammad Omar Iftikhar, a Karachi-based independent researcher, newspaper columnist, and a digital content strategist, Karvan plans to feature in-depth interviews showcasing the success stories of students and professionals alike on its website, “www.karvan.org”, which was launched on January 1, 2019.

These interviews will discuss the individual’s philosophy of life and their rules of success to inspire readers.

Those already featured by Karvan include Ms. Irum Zahra, CEO, Sanity Publishing; Dr. Shema Bukhari, Assistant Professor and Head of Radio, TV and Cinema Department , Girne American University, Cyprus; Ms. Sidra Amin, Co-founder, Peshawar Book Club and Overseer, Young Women Writers’ Forum (YWWF), Pakistan; Ms. Safwa Mir, Editor-in-Chief, Daastan Publishing; The Amjad Twins (Ms. Rida Amjad and Ms. Kinza Amjad), Actors/Comedians/Youtubers; Ms. Ushah Kazi, Founder, The Kollective, and author of ‘The Pop-Culture Junkie’s Guide to Pakistani Cinema’; Ms. Rameesha Syed, CEO, Pinata and blogger at MeeshaSlays among others. Commenting on the launch,

“Through Karvan we want to communicate to the world the rich human capital and talent Pakistan has that can do miracles in all fields of life.”  Karvan’s website is digitally powered by BizIntel, an IT consulting company. Adeel Alim, Co-Founder, BizIntel said, “We are proud to be a part of this initiative and I am confident that Karvan and BizIntel will create a meaningful, long-term relationship.”
