Showbiz Desk: The glamorous and prominent Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan is all set to make her web debut soon. All the big stars of Indian film Netflix are entering one digital world after another.
The latest entry in the world of OTT has been made by Indian actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, who has announced her web debut on social media.
The Queen will make her web debut with the Hindi version of the mystery and thriller novel ‘Devotion of Suspicion X’ written by Japanese author Kigo Higashino.
Jab We Met star Kareena Kapoor Khan has shared a video and a few photos on the Instagram, in which the actress can be seen sitting at a table with the cast of her new film and talking about the script of the film.
“And so it begins…” Bodyguard star wrote, sharing the video and photos.
She added that a Netflix original project is being presented by 12th Street Entertainment & Northern Lights Films under the direction of Sujoy Ghosh, in collaboration with Boundscript and Kross Pictures.
Further, actress wrote that the film, directed by Sujoy Ghosh & Thomas Kim, is produced by Jay Shewakramani & Akshai Puri. In the video, Kareena could be seen at the table read with her co-stars and director.
The actor asks, “Are we doing the reading? What’s going on?” in the visuals after which she sings an old classic song Aa Jaane Jaan.
In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Kareena revealed her excitement for her much – awaited debut in the digital world.
She said, “I’m very excited to be a part of this project for several reasons… This film will mark my streaming debut and it’s my return to acting after my second child with a stellar cast and crew.”
