Unannounced and unannounced load shedding is going on in different areas of Karachi. Residents of Khudadad Chowrangi protested against non-supply of electricity.
According to reports, the protesters burned tires and blocked Shahra-e-Qaedin.

Spokesman Electric claims that demand for electricity has increased due to extreme heat, unannounced load shedding is not taking place in Karachi city.
He said that under National Power Policy, the duration of load shedding depends on the rate of damage in the area.
A spokesman for K Electric said that difficulties in purchasing fuel and shortage of supply were also affecting production capacity.
