KARACHI: District Governor 2023-24 Rotary International District 3271 Pakistan Muhammad Hanif Khan has appointed Ishrat Shameem as the Inter-District Coordination Committee Chair of RID 3271 Pakistan for the year 2023-24.
A Rotarian with a passion to make a difference in the world, Committed to eradicating polio from the face of the world. She was a recipient of the Rotary Regional Service Award for polio and worked as District Co-chair polio plus committee.
Her humanitarian projects include polio eradication, literacy, peace, and women’s empowerment.
Ishrat is the Past president of the Rotary Club of Lahore Mozang (RID 3272) and serving RID 3271 as District Governor Coordinator for 2022-23.
Ishrat Shameem has thanked the District Governor 2023-24 RID 3271 Pakistan for reposing confidence in her and vowed to serve with full dedication for the redressal of grievances of the Clubs and Rotarians concerning their related problems all over the districts.
