Karachi Pakistan : Azra Bano, Chief Executive Officer of Harma Boutique, Convener of FPCCI’s Culture and Inter-Plure Committee, International Exhibitor and Market Head of three companies, has said that the most important thing in the country is to change the situation. For women to work in all fields, it will not only bring prosperity, but women can also keep themselves busy.
For the past 28 years, I have been manufacturing and exporting women’s clothing in the United States, Britain, Canada and the UAE, and have collected millions of rupees in tax in the government treasury. He said that in a backward area like Tharparkar, when women drive dumpers, bulldozers and other heavy vehicles, why is it not possible that women can play their role in other sectors?,
He said that in China women start their business in the morning, after that men come there and in some places they have children with them and this work continues till evening. He said that 300 workers work in my own factory and I have made it easy for women that they can do the work of making clothes sitting at home.
To a question, he said that women in Pakistan have all the rights, if there is something lacking, it cannot be blamed on the entire society. To a question, he said that if the rights are fulfilled, then there is no problem with three marriages of men, it is allowed in religion, but it is necessary to keep oneself stable.
He said to a question that my husband is suffering from kidney disease for 6 years and he has dialysis and I wake up at 5:30 in the morning and cook for him and take care of his needs, apart from my I also focus on business. On a question, Ezra Bano said that our identity is from Pakistan, nobody knows us abroad and our aim should be to earn a halal livelihood by staying there.
To a question, he said that if women work and earn money, they will realize how hard money is earned. He said that under a conspiracy, the boutique or beauty parlor sector is defamed, while all women associated with these sectors are not the same, a few black sheep cause stigmatization.
He said that former President Pervez Musharraf was his idol, Pervez Musharraf did a lot of work for this country and brought Pakistan to a place. He said that politics is not a bad thing, but some unpopular people have come into it, due to which politics is defamed.
About her personal life, she said that her husband is a chartered accountant and we, husband and wife, have been living in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for 11 years. He said that I often go to Canada, UK and UAE in connection with my business, I get full support from my husband and children. Azra Bano said that a married man and woman are like two wheels of a car, if both wheels move, the car will move forward. Azra Bano said that I can cook different foods myself despite being busy with business.
