He requested the government to start this project with out any delay on private public participation. He invited big business groups to take part in to this project not for their projects to run smoothly but also help the nation to get self reliance.The estimated electric 30Thousands mega watt energy will change the fate of Pakistan and surplus energy can be sold to friendly countries. We need to take quick and full benefit  and must not delay like Kala Bagh Dam.
