Showbiz Desk: Australian-born Hollywood actress, comedian, writer, singer, and producer Rebel Wilson laments that she should have lost weight by the age of 30 instead of 41.
“Now that I know I can, I often regret why I haven’t lost weight before,” the 41 age-old Rebel Wilson said during a conversation.
“Everyone’s journey is different and it’s not a race or a competition, I benefited from losing weight,” added actress Rebel Wilson.
“I try not to compare myself with other people but I sympathize with those who have problems with weight because I have suffered from it myself,” she said.
“I have modern treatment facilities, but I learned in the meantime that small thing that I do every day make a difference, like walking, which is absolutely free,” she added.
To encourage people to try to lose weight, he said anyone can walk and drink more water. It’s not too late to start no matter what age you are. It should be noted that Rebel Wilson lost 18 kilos in 8 months last year.
