Nizhny Novgorod, Russia,June,2025 : Ms. Hiba Khan, CEO of Global Management Services & Consultants (GMS Consultants Pvt. Ltd.), proudly represented Pakistan at the Global Digital Forum 2025, held from June 5–6 in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. The high-profile international event convened over 2,000 experts from 116 countries, fostering dialogue on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and responsible technology
governance.
Hiba Khan’s participation marked a significant milestone in Pakistan’s engagement with global digital policy networks. As a recognized voice in corporate governance, social entrepreneurship, and digital strategy, she championed the role of emerging economies—particularly Pakistan—in shaping an inclusive, secure, and ethical digital future.
During the forum, Hiba Khan signed seven international Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) on behalf of her organization and in collaboration with global partners. The agreements focus on: Creating a Safe Digital Environment for Children, Digital Childhood Ethics Charter, AI Ethics Code, Cybersecurity Cooperation and Joint Research, Digital Literacy & Capacity Building, Responsible Data Governance and Privacy Protection.
“These MOUs reflect a shared global commitment to building a digital world that is ethical, inclusive, and secure, especially for our youth,” said Hiba Khan. “Pakistan is proud to be a contributing voice in shaping responsible technology frameworks that prioritize people, ethics, and innovation.”
The signed agreements open promising avenues for future tech policy collaborations, educational partnerships, and AI governance initiatives, placing Pakistan firmly on the map of nations actively contributing to global digital development.
Hosted by the Center for Global IT Cooperation in partnership with Russian public institutions, the Global Digital Forum 2025 served as a key platform for policymakers, industry leaders,
academics, and youth delegates to align strategies on digital ethics, innovation, and sustainable tech growth.
