ISLAMABAD – Chief Executive of Crescent Gallery Nasir Javed along with a delegation met with special assistant to the Prime Minister for Overseas Pakistanis, Syed Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari and discussed with him the matters related to promotion of arts and culture.
He briefed the Special Assistant on how to introduce Pakistani culture and art in the world through art exhibitions. He said Pakistani artists are extremely talented and they are shining the name of the country in the world. He said that Crescent through an art academy with proper training and promotion of Pakistani artists.
Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari said art festivals are being held in whole country and soon we will arrange such festivals and events abroad in London, Paris, New York and other cities. Syed Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari talking on the occasion said that the government would extend all-out cooperation in holding Pakistani art festivals abroad.
He said needed resources would be mobilized to promote Pakistani art, culture and history. He said Prime Minister Imran Khan has a special plan for promoting soft image of Pakistani in world. He said in this regards special instructions have already been given to our ambassadors. Shahzada Hayat President UICF (UK), R Sameer Nasir, Sidra Nasir were also present in the delegation.
