Samina Fazil, founder President, Islamabad Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IWCCI) on Tuesday said the government and the army will emerge as victorious from the current Kashmir crisis.
Businesswomen unconditionally support steps taken by the government and the armed forces in response to the Kashmir crisis, she said.
Talking to the business community, Samina Fazil said that we are proud of services and sacrifices of the army and they have the ability to defend the motherland from hostilities of the enemy nations.
She said that adventurism of Modi has put regional and global peace at stake and his policies will disintegrate India.
She said that our highly professional and motivated army will fight for till the last soldier and bullet to counter the evil designs of India.
India should forget about Kashmir and bring an end to its illegal occupation and hostilities against masses, she added.
Our leadership has sought support from the Muslim world but the Arab leaders are not coming to Pakistan’s defence rather they are awarding Modi sanctioning his policies which has disappointed many in Pakistan and Kashmir.
Arab countries have essentially taken ‘pro-India’ stances on this escalating crisis in Kashmir which has resulted in calls inside Pakistan to review foreign policy preferences, she said.
Lack of support for Pakistan amid this situation to the fact that the annual trade of Arab national with India is to the tune of 100 billion making it a valuable friend.
The fractured Kashmiri leadership must set aside their differences, while opposition parties in Pakistan should show responsibility so that challenges can be tackled effectively, she demanded.
Samina Fazil warned that the tensions between Pakistan and India can result in a crisis of unimaginable proportions.
