In his Eid al-Fitr message, Ambassador at Large for Global Peace, Human Rights & Interfaith Harmony Imam Allama Muhammad Ahsan Siddiqui the Chairman, Interfaith Commission for Peace & Harmony {ICPH} and Co-Chair, International Religious Freedom Roundtable for Pakistan {IRF Pakistan} has congratulated the entire nation on Eid-ul-Fitr and said that Eid is a blessing from Allah bestowed upon Ummah, a time to feast, engage in more ibadah, express gratitude, exchange gifts, and reunite with loved ones. He added Just as prophet Hazrat Muhammad ? once saw an orphan sad on eid day because his father was martyred, he took him home, gave him new clothes, and shared good food on this beautiful day of Eid.
Ambassador Allama Muhammad Ahsan Siddiqui on this auspicious occasion, the thought of our humanity suffering from war, oppression, abuse and poverty and helplessness around the world is hurting our hearts. It is our wish that this Eid brings joy not only to all our people but also to the entire humanity. He said this day is a day of sharing happiness and sacrifice for the deprived section of our society. It’s a moment to come together as a community, regardless of our differences, and to celebrate our shared humanity.
The Chairman ICPH Imam Allama Ahsan Siddiqui said that this usually joyful Eid Al Fit , embodies the core Islamic values of compassion, forgiveness and community. We must also remember the people of Gaza. They’re celebrating this year with little food and water, when many have lost their families and friends. He added that as we celebrate Eid al-Fitr, wherever you find yourselves, radiate the peace that Islam preaches and the love and care for the less privileged that Prophet Muhammad exemplified.
The Co-Chair IRF Pakistan Imam Allama Ahsan Siddiqui said that from the last decades our beloved motherland is facing the challenge of terrorism while the Pakistan Army and agencies are actively working day and night for security. He said that on this auspicious occasion, Warm Eid greetings extend to the valiant soldiers of Armed Forces of Pakistan, the unwavering courage of our national hero, frontlines on exemplifying selfless devotion to Pakistan’s defense duty, the challenging terrains of Siachen and borders. He said that the ICPH religious, Mashahaikh, faith leaders and Minorities in Pakistan stand by the side of the Pakistan Army and security forces to curb terrorism across the country.
Ambassador Allama Ahsan Siddiqui said that Interfaith Commission for Peace & Harmony {ICPH} and International Religious Freedom Roundtable for Pakistan {IRF Pakistan} has pay homage to the martyrs of Pakistan and their families, who laid down their lives in defense of the motherland, ensuring its safety and sovereignty, they serving as a beacon of inspiration for both the Armed Forces of Pakistan and the entire nation. He said that {ICPH} and {IRF Pakistan} the entire nation, we remain eternally grateful to these brave souls and their families for their sacrifices. We salutes their sacrifices for the protection of the beloved country.
The Global Peace, Human Rights Anbassador said that as we celebrate, Eid with joy, but also remember to care for the environment. Let’s remember to keep the environment around us clean and beautiful. Let’s cherish this special day with gratitude and responsibility towards our planet. Opt for Eco friendly celebrations by reducing waste and using sustainable practices.
