Karachi: The Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) on Saturday said Prime Minister Imran Khan will steer economy out of the problems to make Pakistan a developed nation.
Prime Minister Imran Khan has initiated meaningful reforms across all the important fields to make Pakistan a prosperous and respected country which has help him win hearts and minds of the people, said Atif Ikram Sheikh, Acting President FPCCI.
Talking to the business community, he said that the Prime Minister is resolving issues of the business community, he is cutting spending, combating corruption, focusing on social services and trying to repatriate stolen public funds, he said.

The business community fully support PTI’s reform agenda and we will unconditionally cooperate with the government to improve the system to ensure rapid national development.
The business leader added that bringing back stolen money to Pakistan will not only help retire entire debt but it will also improve the lives of people.
He noted that money belonging to Pakistanis lying in Swiss and other banks should be retrieved to improve the economy, discharge debt obligations and discourage plunder of resources by the influential in the future.
He said that an effective and efficient tax administration is imperative to recover illegal money kept secretly at home and abroad.
The government needs to take steps to tackle the circular beast and discourage hundi which will add billions of dollars annually to its reserves, he said.
