Belarus: The Embassy of Pakistan in Minsk participated in the Festival “Cuisines of the World” as part of the 29th International Specialized Wholesale Exhibition “ProdExpo 2023”. The event, attended by over 200 guests, featured “Culinary Traditions of Pakistan,” showcasing the rich and diverse flavors of Pakistani cuisine.
Speaking on the occasion, Ambassador of Pakistan to Belarus Sajjad Haider Khan, highlighted the significance of sharing cultural experiences through the universal language of food.


The program also included a carefully curated selection of documentary movies, a master class on the preparation of mutton biryani, and an engaging presentation on Pakistan’s cuisine covering various aspects of Pakistan’s rich culinary heritage. The visitors had the opportunity to learn about the wide range of flavors and distinctive cooking techniques that make Pakistani food renowned for its palatability and variety.
The festival also featured the talented Belarusian violinist Nina, who performed Pakistani instrumental melodies enthralling the audience and heightening the overall sensory experience.


As the grand finale, guests were treated to a delectable feast showcasing the most popular dishes from Pakistani cuisine. From aromatic Mutton Biryani and Chicken Pulao to flavorful jellies and Gulab Jamun, provide an enticing journey through the distinctive flavors that make Pakistani cuisine truly unique.
