Karachi:Member of the Sindh Assembly and Special Assistant to the Chief Minister Sindh for Minority Affairs, Dr. Sham Sundar K. Advani, has extended heartfelt greetings to the Hindu community across the country on the joyous occasion of Holi.
In his congratulatory message, Dr. Advani described Holi as a vibrant festival symbolizing colors, happiness, love, and mutual respect. He said the festival conveys a strong message of brotherhood, tolerance, and peace within society.
“Holi reminds us that despite belonging to different religions and cultures, we are one nation, and mutual respect is our true strength,” he stated.
Dr. Sham Sundar K. Advani emphasized that the Government of Sindh remains firmly committed to safeguarding the rights of minorities and promoting interfaith harmony throughout the province. He noted that concrete measures are being taken to ensure equal rights, protection, and opportunities for every citizen without discrimination.
Reaffirming the provincial government’s resolve, he said that all minority communities residing in Sindh are equal partners in Pakistan’s development and prosperity.
He further remarked that Holi carries a message of eradicating hatred and strengthening bonds among communities. “On this occasion, we must promote love, unity, and brotherhood to make our society stronger and more peaceful,” he added.
