The Pakistan government should immediately repatriate Pakistanis stranded in Ukraine in view of the seriousness of the emergency situation: Ambassador Imam Allama Muhammad Ahsan Siddiqui
Pakistan: Ambassador Global Peace Imam Allamaa Muhammad Ahsan Siddiqui is deeply concerned about the ongoing Military Operations and escalation of violence in Ukraine. There should be respect for International Human Rights & humanitarian law, restraint from attacks on civilians and the protection of cultural heritage in all its forms. The Pakistan government should immediately repatriate Pakistanis stranded in Ukraine in view of the seriousness of the emergency situation, Ambassador Imam Allmam Muhammad Ahsan Siddiqui said in response to the appeal of Pakistani families and students who contacted him for their rescue from Ukraine. Wars are never ‘glorious’. That’s a line to keep people fighting. Wars are started for nefarious reasons, benefitting a small group of already powerful, sociopathic people. ICPH s deeply concerned about the situation between Russia and Ukraine. We have to save lives. We do not want to end lives. We have to save human lives.
In a statement issued on Saturday Ambassador at Large for Global Peace & Human Rights Imam Allama Muhammad Ahsan Siddiqui, Chairman Interfaith Commission for Peace & Harmony (ICPH) said that the potential impact of nuclear World War 03 will be devastating for both the world and its future generations. There is no good reason that innocent people be killed over a faux war. In addition, it will destabilize the world in many ways. The people who fight and die, suffer tremendously and benefit little. You all know this isn’t going to have a happy ending.
