In the case of journalist Ayaz Amir’s daughter-in-law Sara Inam’s murder, the bail of accused Shahnawaz Amir’s mother Samina Shah was rejected, after which the police arrested her.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Sohail Shaikh heard the case during which the accused Samina Shah appeared in the court along with the lawyers.
The investigating officer of the case appeared before the court along with the record.

When the bail was released, the Shehzad Town Police arrested the accused Samina Shah from outside the court room, after which the accused was transferred to the Women Police Station.
According to the police, Samina Shah, the mother of accused Shah Nawaz, was on interim bail.
Accused Shah Nawaz’s mother Samina Shah is also Ayaz Ameer’s ex-wife.
Ayaz Amir’s son killed his wife
It should be noted that on Friday, September 23, Shahnawaz, son of senior journalist Ayaz Amir, brutally killed his wife Sara Inam by stabbing her with a dumbbell in Chak Shahzad area of ??Islamabad.
The accused Shah Nawaz was arrested by the police from the crime scene.
The accused’s mother Samina Shah and father Ayaz Ameer were named as accused by the deceased Sara’s uncle and aunt, after which Ayaz Ameer was arrested under Section 109 of the IPC.
The Islamabad court had given Ayaz Amir to police custody on a one-day physical remand. After the remand ended, Ayaz Amir was produced in the court where the police requested for his further physical remand.
The senior civil judge ordered Ayaz Amir to be discharged from the case due to lack of evidence, after which Shahzad Town Police released Ayaz Amir.
On October 1, the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Sohail Sheikh of Islamabad extended the interim bail of Samina Shah, mother of Shahnawaz, the main accused in the Canadian citizen Sara murder case.
Speaking to the media on this occasion, Samina Shah had said that Shahnawaz will be punished for what he condemned.
