Karachi – The exhibition of consumer goods, “Ambiente 2025,” will start on February 7. The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) will participate in Ambiente 2025. The largest international consumer goods fair, Ambiente, will continue in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, until February 11, 2025. The fair will offer a unique range of products for the table, kitchen, and housewares, stationery and gifts, decorative articles and interior design concepts, and furnishing accessories.
In the 2024 fair, more than 4,928 exhibitors from 170 countries and approximately 140,000 buyers from around the world participated. The top visitor countries included Italy, France, Great Britain, the USA, Netherlands, Spain, Turkey, Poland, Greece, and Korea.
In the 2024 edition, 9 exhibitors from Pakistan showcased their products. Three participated directly, and six participated through TDAP, including Anaya Salt Craft, RM Salt, Utopia Industries, Polyset Industries, Saba Kitchenware, and Sana Traders.
The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan is providing subsidized stalls to boost the exports of handicrafts, decorative items, and kitchen accessories. With the subsidy provided by TDAP, each stand is available for only Rs. 780,000, while the cost of a direct stand is approximately Rs. 2,000,000. The last date to apply through TDAP is July 30, 2024.
