World provides more opportunities to the realtor’s community to attract local and international markets; Nadir Oza.
Muhammad Nadir Oza CEO of Cosmos Realtor, an authorized dealer at Bahria Town Karachi, organized a successful convention at Sunset Club, DHA Karachi.
This convention was a grand success where almost every association of realtors invited who not only participated but made this event the most vocal by sharing their experiences, problems, knowledge, and ideas as to how to deal with the poor policies made and forcefully appalled to the Realtors Community which is now suffering.










The chief guest was Aqeel Karim Dhedhi Chairman of AKD Group whereas, Muhammad Nadir Oza CEO of Cosmos Realtor was the host and our guest speaker was Chairman of Pakistan Realtors Association Muhammad Ejaaz, President of DEFLCLARIA Johar Iqbal & Dr. Mirza Ikhtiar Baig chairman of Baig Group.
The association heads suggested many other valuable options which could solve the tax issues between the state and the realtor’s community.
The various association from Karachi, Hyderabad, Islamabad, and Lahore gave an assurance that they will raise this issue with the Government of Pakistan including sitting ministers, advisors, and top bureaucracy by endorsing and registering our protest to amend the law which is destroying the overall realtor’s community especially others direct and indirectly more than 70 industries are hurt financially and mentally.
Nadir Oza said the international world provides facilities for their real estate industries by giving more opportunities to Real Estate housing should be given 20 years policy due to the current poor policy approximately 40% of realtor houses are been closed and 50% of the construction cost had been increased due which 70% developers had been directly affected attract local and international markets.








He also shared an example of Turkey and other parts of Europe where immigration is been offered to overseas investors so they can bring home more investment for their country but it’s totally the opposite in Pakistan where strict laws are Imposed to kill this industry.
Furthermore, Muhammad Ejaaz chairman of the All Pakistan Real Estate Federation congratulated and praised the All Pakistan Federation by saying that we are different associations by region but we are one by heart and soul and now we are one nation and one voice for our realtor’s community.
He said the Government in the past tried many times to forcefully apply unfair standards to our sector but each time we raised our voice and made them accept our fair plea.
Further, he said, we do not belong to any political party, we are hard-bread earners hence our agenda is to save guard 50,000 real estate agents so they can earn halal food.
AKD said we can never underestimate the power of realtors nor can ignore the 100,000 families who are dependent on the real estate sector hence we have to come up with a solution to avoid any further conflict and decline in this industry.
In the end, everybody took an oath to be one and act one in case the Government refuses to accept our demands.
Last, but not least, the entire association celebrated the annual realtors federation convention day by cutting the cake in the presence of their chief guest AKD and other respective guest and media family.
