KARACHI: CCTV footage has emerged showing suspects Armaghan and Shiraz returning to Karachi from Hub after allegedly murdering Mustafa Amir, national media reported on Saturday.
According to reports, the footage captures the suspects sitting inside a car while traveling back to Karachi. Investigators revealed that after setting Mustafa Amir ablaze in his vehicle, the suspects walked a short distance before paying Rs. 3,000 for a ride back to the city.
Officials confirmed that Armaghan and Shiraz were spotted passing through Hamdard Chowki Road in a car, which was later seen heading toward 4K Chowrangi.
It is alleged that Armaghan lured Mustafa to his bungalow, where he brutally tortured him. He then locked Mustafa inside the trunk of his own car and transported him to Hub, where the murder took place.
Earlier, the police arrested Kamran Asghar Qureshi, the father of the prime suspect Armaghan, after raiding his residence in Defence Khayaban-e-Momin.
