In a statement issued here today, Chairman of the United Business Group (UBG) Iftikhar Ali Malik, Patron in Chief UBG SM Muneer, Vice President of SAARC Chamber Zubair Tufail, SVP of FPCCI Mazhar Ali Nasir, VPs of FPCCI Atif Ikram Sheikh and Karim Aziz Malik, and Chairman Coordination FPCCI Malik Sohail Hussain said that Bilour family continue to offer sacrifices in war against terror.

Haroon Bilour’s father Bashir Bilour was also martyred by terrorists in 2012 but this family has refused to bow before the terrorists, the said.

The business leaders said that terrorists should not be allowed to play with the lives of innocent people and sabotage the election process.

The elements behind the bombing should be arrested immediately and brought to the book while security of the candidates and their supporters during rallies should be ensured, they demanded.

Iftikhar Ali Malik and SM Muneer said that all those who have lost lives or injured should get compensation and fool proof security measures should be adopted.

Political differences should not result in bloodshed and weaknesses of security institutions embolden the terrorists, they said.

The back of the terrorists has been broken but they still pose a threat, therefore, they should be uprooted without further delay
