Biden calls Putin a war criminal
US President Joe Biden has declared Russian President Vladimir Putin a war criminal.
In an informal response to questions from reporters at the event, the US president said he believed Putin was a war criminal.
Russia has strongly denied the allegations in a statement issued Friday stating “Similar, baseless allegations concerning Russia’s intelligence have been made more than once.
A spokesman for the Russian president has said that the rhetoric is aimed at the head of a state whose bombs have killed millions of people around the world.
The spokesman also said that such statements were unacceptable and unforgivable.
