Bharti Singh is an Indian comedian and actress. She was born on July 3, 1984 in Amritsar, India. She was married to Harsh Limbachiyaa in 2017. Nowadays she is in news because of her weight loss; she lost 16kg of her weight in 10 months only. She said that I was a borderline diabetic.
Bharti Singh says thanks to intermittent fasting and reveals that she used to have her first meal at 12 pm and doesn’t eat anything after 7 pm. She further said that she enjoyed all of her favorite food including paratha and butter in this limited time of 7-8 hours while she did not eat anything in all for the remaining 16 hours.
