The All Pakistan Restaurant Association (APRA), continued boycott on Thursday over the unfair practices by foodpanda and restaurants in Karachi have suspended the delivery services from foodpanda while APRA has once again given a three-day respite to the management and demanded some important conditions for resumption of services.
In a letter sent to the CEO of foodpanda, APRA chairman Naeem Siddiqui warned that if these conditions were not met, the foodpanda would be boycotted all over the country.

“Restaurants to be allowed to deliver food panda orders directly through their own riders. Standardized commission structure for all brands. Customer data should be shared with restaurants. Restaurants should not to be threatened to increase the commission immediately otherwise they will be closed. Exclusive agreement should not be signed with any restaurant as it’s against competition laws”, All Pakistan Restaurant Association (APRA) chairman demanded.

He further said that we will be willing to meet and discuss, in case foodpanda is interested in resolving the above issues faced by Restaurant industry all over Pakistan.
