Former US President Donald Trump has said that America has become a beggar nation and is facing humiliation one after another.
He was addressing a meeting of the America First Policy Institute. This is his first appearance at any event in Washington since leaving office in 2021. In his address, he criticized the Democratic Party and President Joe Biden and said that because of their policies, America has been forced to kneel.
According to foreign media reports, Trump in his address talked about issues like inflation, which for the first time in 49 years has reached 9. It has reached 1%.
He also cited high prices of petroleum products and increasing crime. He lamented that America has lost its self-sufficiency in terms of energy and now it has to creep and look towards other countries. He was possibly referring to President Joe Biden’s recent visit to Saudi Arabia.
