Minsk: The Ambassador visited the 29th International “Tibo” fair in Belarus, a major trade event for information and communication technologies. The fair attracted more than 260 participants from the IT and telecommunications industry, including companies, professionals, and technology enthusiasts from Belarus and around the region.
During his brief meeting with the Belarusian Minister of Communication and Informatization H.E. Mr. Konstantin Shulgan, Ambassador Khan highlighted the importance of the IT sector in modern-day lives and mentioned the huge potential of Pakistan and Belarus in this field. He emphasized the need for closer cooperation between the two countries to further develop the IT sector.
The International “Tibo” Fair offered participants the opportunity to discover the latest developments and innovations in the fields of IT, telecommunications, software development, network solutions, and IT security. Ambassador Khan noted that events like these are critical in fostering collaboration between countries, promoting innovation, and driving economic growth.
Ambassador Khan also took the opportunity to meet witseveralof companies from Belarus to discuss potential collaborations and partnerships. He said that such interactions would be instrumental in creating a more conducive environment for IT and telecommunications businesses to thrive.
