Minsk: Ambassador of Pakistan to Belarus Sajjad Haider Khan attended the opening ceremony of the 46th International Specialized Exhibition-Fair for the Wholesale of Light Industry Goods “BelTexIndustry-2022” where more than 50 exhibitors from Belarus, Russia, and Turkey participated. Representatives of major textile, leather, and footwear companies showcased their innovative products.
The Ambassador Sajjad Haider Khan also had an opportunity to meet with H.E. Mr. Alexei Bogdanov Minister of Antimonopoly and Trade of Belarus. The prospects of bilateral collaborations between Pakistan and Belarus in these fields were reviewed. Sajjad Haider Khan stated that both countries can benefit from the available potential in these fields.
“BelTexIndustry 2022” is the largest branch exhibition of the Republic of Belarus. The international exhibition started today, and it will conclude on 7 October 2022.
The exposition is organized by the Republican Unitary Enterprise “National Exhibition Center “BelExpo,” which is part of the President of the Republic of Belarus’s General Affairs Directorate, with the help of the Belarusian State Concern “Bellegprom.”
Over 50 exhibitors of textile, leather, and footwear showcased their innovative products in the exhibition. The international textile industry exhibition provides an excellent chance to present new products and uncover new trends in the light industry sector.
